IS THIS POSSIBLE?? Held the button down for SEVERAL seconds to completely power off the computer and then turn it on again. A littel bit slower because the eSSD was mised. that's what worked for me good luck!!!!

My BIL submitted detailed test reports to ASUS and I think that was roughly 2 months ago, still waiting for a reply. Could this a problem of hibernation state? I will try some of those suggestions this weekend when I have some time.
